Tacti-Cool Purchase Terms and Conditions

Please Read Carefully Before Making Your Purchase

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and Tacti-Cool. By purchasing products from Tacti-Cool, you agree to these terms, which supplement our overarching Terms and Conditions. Definitions used herein correspond to those in our main Terms and Conditions unless specified otherwise.

  1. Scope and Application

This Return Policy applies exclusively to purchases from Tacti-Cool. It does not extend to items bought from other retailers or online platforms. Products purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original sellers.

  1. Return Policies

2.1. 7-Day Return Guarantee

Not fully satisfied with your online purchase? Notify us within 7 days for a no-penalty full refund, provided the items are unopened, with all seals and packaging intact. Tacti-Cool will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.

 

2.2. 30-Day Returns

You may return items bought online within 30 days for exchange, credit, or refund, provided they remain unused and include all original packaging and contents. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items at our distribution center.

Exceptions:

Returns are not accepted for:

– Digital items such as eBooks or digital downloads.

– Opened software or media.

– Customized or personalized items.

– “Open box,” reconditioned, or previously used products.

Items not meeting these criteria may incur a restocking fee of no less than 30%.

 

2.3. Faulty Products

In-Warranty: We support warranty claims within the specified warranty period. Should you encounter any issues, please email us at info@tacti-cool.co.za.

Out-of-Warranty: We can assist in arranging repairs for products outside their warranty period, though you will bear all related costs.

 

2.4. Preparing Your Products for Return

To ensure a smooth return process:

– Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

– Label the package with your return reference or invoice number.

– Include all original parts, accessories, and manuals.

 

Non-compliance may result in processing delays or refusal of your return request.

2.5. Damage on Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, please report it within 7 days of delivery. We recommend taking photographs of the package upon arrival.

We will collect the item at no cost and, following inspection, offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on your preference.

2.6. Defective Products

Our goal is to deliver high-quality, defect-free products. ‘Defects’ refer to significant manufacturing flaws rendering the product less acceptable than reasonably expected.

Exclusions include normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and neglect. Please report any defects within one month of delivery.

  1. Final Provisions

This policy aims to maintain positive relations between customers, Tacti-Cool, and manufacturers. We encourage you to report any concerns promptly, even those perceived as outside this policy’s scope. Tacti-Cool is dedicated to exceeding expectations with innovative solutions.
