Returns:
- Duration: You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date. Beyond this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, booklets, and manuals.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or purchase proof is mandatory for any return or exchange.
Refunds:
- Notification: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you an email acknowledging its receipt. After inspecting the item, you’ll receive another email notifying you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
